Fitness Studio FAQ

  • We don’t offer in-house training—but you're welcome to bring your own trainer for an additional fee. We also provide access to tools and insights that support personalized, goal-specific training.

  • Our studio is equipped with premium Rogue Fitness strength and conditioning equipment, plus AI-powered CAROL Bikes for optimized cardio sessions.

  • Our space is self-guided and designed for independent training. We provide a safe, well-equipped environment with support available if needed.

  • Fitness access is complimentary with any Cryotherapy or Sauna session—but can also be booked on its own.

  • Sessions are booked in 60-minute blocks. Reservations are required to ensure an optimal training environment and avoid over crowding.
